Obesity in Essay - Causes and Effects of Obesity
Obesity in Essay - Causes and Effects of ObesityThere are two approaches to studying how and why some people are obese and some aren't. The approach I am referring to is the one that starts with a premise of cause and effect or one that is merely by inference. Here's what I mean. The experimental approach is simple in the way it looks at the science of weight loss as it was done before we discovered any cause and effect. You take some overweight people and you put them on a diet for a certain period of time. What you find out is that at some point the percentage of those who lose weight is actually higher than those who don't, so what caused the person to be more successful than the others? In fact, there are still big fat lies about the causes of obesity out there in the world. The overreaching excuse is that the obese person in question somehow set off the environmental factors and then whatever measures were taken didn't really work. This works because the person was lucky and what he needed was that extra boost. It is true that the obese person may have benefited from environmental factors. This is not really anything to do with weight loss but about how he or she reacted to it. After all, how can we change environmental factors like the ones that set them off?In fact, it would be nice if we could change environmental factors like the ones that set people off. All we need to do is to detect the environmental factors that we need to change and then begin to do something about them. I don't know if you know this or not, but it has already been proven in the scientific world that this is exactly what needs to be done. Before you are ever able to change environmental factors, you will first need to learn how the brain reacts to certain conditions. Then you need to create changes in the individual. This is something that even scientists cannot understand in terms of cause and effect because they don't know what the brain is actually doing. While the problem of cause and effect comes from the observable aspects of the process, the explanation of why the situation occurs is well established in the scientific world. For example, when it comes to ADHD, we are told that it's because there are a lot of toxins in the environment that need to be removed in order to keep the child in balance. I suppose if you think about it, what you really need to do is eliminate the toxins in the environment in order to make sure that the child stays healthy. The bottom line is that the cause and effect of obesity in essay should be very simple because we know what causes the environment to make people feel hungry, stress, etc. The only mystery is how the brain and body react to those environmental factors.
